Just got my first 1-star rating on the Windows Phone marketplace because of the 3.5 update.

It does look like existing users are having to re-install rather than upgrade. I can’t see why this is happening but I’m really sorry for not spotting it before the update went out!

I’ve submitted a new product description warning existing users that it’s safer to re-install than to update.

So sorry again. This has got to be an issue with the database I’m running behind the scenes and the huge change to the code I’ve made. What this does mean is that it won’t affect future updates because I’m not making any further changes on this scale.
